hey guys unfortunately i will be away for few days on a camp till thursday so here is a another freebie from the hypnosise training to make up for it...

We've all been in this situation. Somebody asks us to do him or her a favor and, though there are a gazillion other things we should do first, we find it difficult to turn the other person down because he or she has done us a favor in the past, or is a close friend or a family member.
The concept of gratitude prevails and we find ourselves trapped in something we really didn't know why we committed to. We can sometimes be so worried at causing disappointment in other people, often at the expense of our own activities and interests.
Frankly, knowing how to say 'no' requires skill. Others might say that it shouldn't be hard to do. But, let's face it. We live as social beings and acceptance often occupies the number one spot in the list of virtues we want to achieve.
Despite this, there are actually ways we can circumvent this difficulty. Subliminal persuasion is one way. Here are 7 more friendly, pain-free and reasonable ways to say 'no'.

1) Say 'no'; then show what the other person has to do to get a 'yes.'
For example: An employee is asking you for a raise but you hesitate to do so because lately he's been skipping work and picking arguments with co-workers. Yet, he looks like he really needs it and has been working for your company for three years now.
You want to give him a raise, but his recent behavior is a little disappointing. How do you say 'no'?
Tell him that you can't approve a raise right now, but will do so once you see an improvement in his work ethic. You can say, "I understand your need for a salary increase, but in order for me to implement that, we'll have to work on strengthening your work habits. Now, let's see how we can make that happen…"

2) Make it impersonal.
Make it sound like saying 'no' was a matter of circumstance, not of choice. An example of this is: "We've just paid our mortgage and my daughter is going off to college in two weeks. That's why I won't be able to lend you money."

3) Say 'no' in a way that will make the other person say 'no' to himself or herself.
Instead of saying 'no', teach the other person to say 'yes' to what you want. Do this subtly, of course.
For instance, your fashion conscious sister wants to get a pink iPod while you want a blue one. You can tell her that while pink is a cute color, it's more difficult to match with her clothes. Once you level with her and link what you want with what interests her, she'll give in and agree with you.

4) Say you want to say 'yes', but…
Like tip number two, make it sound like you had no choice but to turn the other person down. This way, the relationship remains intact and no one gets hurt.
Just don't involve other people. Don't blame your 'no' reply to somebody else, as this could result in conflict and ill feelings.

5) Say 'no' then redirect.
Another way to say 'no' nicely is to redirect the person to somebody who can also fulfill their request.
For example, if your grandmother wants you to take her to a nice dinner, you can always say 'no' then tell her that you can get your brother or your sister to accompany her instead. As long as she still gets what she wants in the end, you're in the clear.

6) Say 'no' but give encouragement.
Here's another scenario that might be familiar to those who have little brothers or sisters. Say your little brother wants you to help him do a project. If you really can't help him out, say, "I'm afraid I can't help you right now, but I know and I believe that you can do a real good job of it by yourself."
Give people that encouragement they need to do things on their own.

7) Say it nicely.
You're giving negative news, so you might as well do it nicely. Let the other person down easy to avoid misunderstandings. It's the least you can for the disappointed. People tend to be more accepting of bad news if it's brought in a polite and sympathetic manner.

Having exceptional persuasion skills is one of the most essential abilities to possess in today's fast-paced society. We need the support and cooperation of other people to help us in our goal setting efforts. The saying "No man is an island" is an undeniable truth.

Here are some hot tips to effectively influence and persuade anyone you desire.

1) Be nice and friendly.

Smile to brighten up the day. Make a sincere compliment to encourage and raise their spirits. Simple little things like these count a lot.

Make them feel that whenever they need support or just someone who can give them guidance, you'll always be there to lend a hand. They would tend to be more receptive to people that they trust and respect.

If you want to ask your boss a favor, do everything you can to please him. Overdeliver and exceed his expectations. Soon, he will notice your efforts and can easily be receptive to your persuasion efforts.

2) Enter their world.

You must understand the situation according to their point of view. Set aside your personal interests and focus on them.

Just pretend that if you are them, what would you do? What would be your suggestion? Then take the appropriate action that would be beneficial to them.

Copy them. Observe how they act, how they speak, and how they think. If they rub their hands while they talk to you, act like them. If they speak at a clear and slow pace, try to do the same thing. This is called mirroring.

In due time, the people you're mirroring will subconsciously feel more comfortable with you. It's as if they see themselves in you.

However, you must proceed with caution. Mirroring is different from mimicry. Do not let them be aware that you are copying them. They might interpret it as mockery and you'll just get into hot water.

3) Consistency is the key.

This persuasion technique rests on a person's need to remain consistent with what he has said or promised. People who say one thing and then do another are generally unapproved of.

In order to be accepted in society, people do their best to stick to their words. It's a matter of honor and integrity. The more a person values these concepts, the more he will stick to his word. You can easily use this to your advantage.

For example, if Senator A has recently announced his commitment to the environment, it would be a good time to solicit help for your eco-friendly organization. After all, he has just said it himself. Backing out now would diminish his name.

4) Provide them with undeniable proof or evidence.

Explain to them how your ideas or opinions could be the most effective methods to implement. Show them undeniable proof that you have the best product by way of testimonials, before and after scenarios, and detailed comparisons against your competitors.

Just make sure that all your claims are true and verifiable. Always maintain a good reputation.

5) Greed is gold.

Let's face it. People can be greedy sometimes. But when it comes to persuasion skills, greed is not something to frown upon; it's something you use to get people right where you want them!

Are you selling lottery tickets? Appeal to people by regaling to them tales of what could be. Are you selling jewelry? Get people to buy them by way of compliments. Tell them how great the stones look on them and how they'll be the envy of everyone else.

6) Use the word "because."

How often do we use the word "because" in a real sentence? In my opinion, we don't use it often enough. Sure, we use it when writing letters, but do you have any idea how powerful this word is when used verbally in actual sentence?

When you're trying to reason out the need for a second chance to your boss, for example, you don't say "I deserve a second chance for all my hard work." Instead, you say, "I deserve a second chance because I worked really hard on this project."

That word alone gives you an air of maturity and credibility that will always work to your advantage.

7) Satisfy their existing needs and wants.

Being self-centered is basic human nature. People usually attend to their own concerns and well-being before attending to others'. If you can prove that your proposal will provide more advantages to them than to your own, then they will probably accept it.

If you could concentrate more on their interests, desires, needs, and expectations, then you would satisfy their cravings for attention. Moreover, it would show that you really care about them. Mutual trust and respect would be established.

This is the most important thing to remember when persuading anyone. No matter how close you are to becoming like them or how compelling your evidence is, if it does not satisfy the "What's In It For Me?" test, your persuasion endeavors will not produce satisfactory results. Always bear in mind how they will benefit from your actions.

this trick is called the poltergeist spoon
     Imagine the effect when you leave a spoon in
     your coffee and walk away to get something,
     then to everyone’s amazement the spoon jumps
     out of the cup while you are not even close!
     Caution: this spoon really does jump! Remember
     that it will be hot. Do not position the gag so that
     anyone could be hurt and don’t lean over the cup
     after you have set things up.
What you will need:
One fold back stationery clip.
Some sugar lumps.
You will need to practise the set up to find what
works best, because the fold back clip will need
to be opened up to take some of its strength
away. I have found the best way to do this is with
a pair of pliers. I have opened
up the jaws of the clip just slightly

It’s best to use the gimmick in a warm drink and
not one that is too hot as it will melt the sugar
too fast. This will not give you enough time to set
it all up and to walk away if you want to perform
it that way.
Now that you have opened up the clip insert the
sugar cube

Place the gimmick in your pocket so you are
ready at all times.
Then when the time comes, palm the gimmick in
your hand and place the spoon in the same hand
When no one is looking place the gimmick into
your drink and put the spoon onto the looped
ends of the clip
All you have to do now is sit back and wait for the
spoon to jump clear from your cup. When the
sugar melts the clip will spring closed tossing the
spoon into the air and out of the cup.

It always startles me, as you really don't know
exactly when it will shoot in the air. So just
imagine the effect on those around you! Don't
forget the gimmick is still in the bottom of your
drink and don’t do this trick with someone’s best
china just in case they drop their cup when the
poltergeist spoon performs its magic!
Do have fun with this. The most important thing
is to practise beforehand as I have found some
sugar lumps melt faster than others and you
need to get the clip just right. But once you have
mastered it carry it around in your pocket
because you will want to do it all the time, it’s
just great fun.

sorry guys but my vid sudddenly couldnt play so im trying to fix it...
so here is a new trick
EFFECT: four coins are placed like a square and magically one by one they jump across until all the coins are in one pile ( this is done with the hands covering the coins)
for the preparation keep a fifth coin in classic palm and lay four coins in a square
1) place your hand on two piles with the hand with the extra coin on the pile closest to that hand and the other hand on the pile that is closer to that hand
2) when you rub you hands on top of the pile, drop the extra coin in the pile
3) when you move your hands outwards to show the change, the hand that one coin is supposed appear to have jumped must slide that coin with the hands as it slides outward
4) slide the hands so that they are crossed and do the same thing with the other piles until all the coins "JUMP" to make a four coin pile
so that is the trick i have this week im sorry that i have stopped for awhile i had to attend a wicked awesome edge conference so just make do with this trick first

how to bend a spoon in someones hand

ok it's the trick you have been waiting for;HOW TO BEND A SPOON IN SOMEONES HAND
you will need: a hanky, a spoon at a dinner and your hands
you will need to learn how to bend a spoon easily just follow the picture's fingering and use your thumb to push down on the spoon and if you do it right you will be able to bend the spoon( in this case i used a fork for the example cause i couldn't find a spoon)

1) put the hanky on the hand that you will use to bend the spoon
2) place the spoon in position and when you fold the four corners you bend the spoon under the cover of the hanky
3) let the spectator hold the four corners of the hanky and the rest is just acting

coin vanish in a different way

this trick is called fingerpalm vanish . The sleight of hand is simple but gives a wonderful effect once you've mastered it. So here it is
PREPARATION: you need to know how to do this sleight of hand that looks like this
Once you can do this sleight of hand you can do the trick
1) borrow a coin from someone and put it flat on your middle and ring finger
2)pretend to slide the coin down from your fingers but instead retain it in fingerpalm close the hand without the coin and make it vanish
3)make it appear in someones ear or something

Like sorry dudes i was like major busy but here's the free trick for today
it's called the PK coin bend
now i know the PK is used with a ring but here's a recreation of this trick with a coin!
SET UP. This trick uses a gimmick but it's super easy to prepare wrap a clothe around the gimmick coin which is a real coin use two pliers and bend the coin( do it when under a flame so it's easier to bend) and your done
1. keep the gimmick coin hidden in a finger palm(if you don't know what the finger palm is, it's just hiding the coin wrapped around your middle and ring finger of your hand
2. Borrow a coin of the same value from spectator
3. the tricky part is what you have to find out on your own switch the borrowed coin and the gimmick coin just before you put the coin into the hand of spectator( make sure you tell the spectator closes their hand immediately after the coin is put inside their hand)
4. act as if the coin magically bended inside their hand'
( do not bend the coin too much, just make sure it's visible)
( do not tell the spectator what your gonna do so that they don't get suspicious)
AND SO THAT'S THE TRICK I HAVE FOR YOU SO HAVE FUN!

coin vanish

here is an easy coin trick you can do
what you need is to be able to hold a coin in classic palm like in the picture

1. borrow a coin from your audience and place it where it will be when in classic palm( make sure it looks like your placing the coin on your open hand so do it casually)
2.close your hand and pretend to place the coin in your other hand while retaining the coin in a classic palm close you hand without the coin and make the COIN vanish or at least appear to vanish
The good thing about the classic palm is that you can move your fingers freely so people will not suspect that that the coin is in your hand in classic palm

…the people who sit in the front rows like to see the detail, they want to see the details first and then they like to understand the bigger picture. Conversely, there are people who like to see the bigger picture first and then get to the fine details, those people who sit in the middle and towards the back of the audience fall into the second category. So…

…when you invite a member from the audience to help, you know right away that when you explain what is requested of them it will need to be presented to them as either outline of the effect first followed by the detail, or the details first followed by the bigger picture, just by where they were sitting.

All you have to do is build up rapport skills and not immediately going into the hypnosise
What is rapport?
well rapport gets the person you are about to hypnotise relaxed and rapport makes that person like you
rapport can be used in our daily life to get friends with ease
if you are doing a magic trick before the hypnosise, you should show them a trick where they have to copy you or something so that you can build the rapport
you can say something like:" now, shuffle the cards like me" - this is sub-conciously telling the person to like you
or in daily life you can say:"like me, you probably want to get the most out of this meeting/conference"- this is similar to the one above

I'm going to show you a simple magic trick it's called " The Ambitious Card Trick"
Effect: make the spectator's card from anywhere in the deck TELEPORT to the top of the deck!

1] get your spectator to pick any card from the deck
2] tell the spectator to memorize the card
3] Use your thumb to bristle through the deck and ask the spectator to say stop when you bristle through the deck
4] ask the spectator to place card in place you stopped
5] secretly put your little finger on top of the chosen card and square up the deck
6]cut the cards so that the chosen card that your little finger is on is on the top of the deck
7] the rest is just acting; the way you reveal the card...
so have fun with this trick

Learn the Secret

1. The Flexible card

Effect: the magician selects a card at random, he flexes the card and feels the underside of it, he then announces the name of the card and it is guessed correctly.
Method: when you flex the card, flex it till you see a portion of the card that indicates what card it is, the rest is just patter and acting

2. Extraction

Effect: The magician hands two cards to the volunteer and askes him/her to place the two cards anywhere in the deck, then, the magician tosses the deck to the other hand and still in his vacant hand, are the two cards
Method: This trick requeires some setup, place two matching cards on top and bottom of the deck, pass the other two cards to the volunteer and ask him/her to place them anywhere they want. Then toss the deck but keep the top and bottom card with you.
